By joining free-sign-up.com banner exchange program, you are agreeing to our terms and conditions.
We are no longer accepting websites that are hosted on free web hostings.
Your website must be in English. Your banner(s) must be 468 x 60 pixels.
We allowed websites/banners relating to the following categories only:
- Travel related
- House/Villa rentals
- Buy/Sell real estates
- Web design
- Web templates
- Web development
- Directories
- Entertainment
- Family
- Free stuff
- Personal pages
Member's websites/banners containing: illegal content, for adults only, racism, warez, or hate material are not allowed!
After entering, adding or modifying banner details, they will be approved by our administrator within a reasonable time.
You agree to include the HTML code provided by us for displaying banner ads on your web site. This code may be inserted in one or more pages within your website. No part of this code may be modified without our written consent.
A member may not artificially inflate traffic counts to his/her site using a device, program, or other means. A member may not insert more than one exchange HTML code on any page. A member may not include the banner exchange HTML code on any pages that automatically reload or go to another page without interaction from the user (i.e., client pull or server push) or on a page which is inaccessible to the general surfing population including but not limited to pop-up windows and hidden frames. A member may not place his/her banner exchange HTML code on pages that are unrelated to the site being advertised. Anyone found in violation of these policies will be banned from Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com and will forfeit any credits pending on his/her account.
Members acknowledge that Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com is a free service. This free service can be revoked/discontinued at any time and, for any reason the administrators see fit.
You agree to use our service at your own risk. Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com, its administrators and it's partners cannot be held liable for any damage or loss of information that may occur from the use of the services of this banner exchange program.
Multiple signups with different e-mail or username are not allowed.
Although we will make a reasonable effort to provide a high quality for our services, we make no guarantees of any kind regarding the dependability, accuracy, or timeliness of the services.
Anyone found in deliberate violation of these terms and conditions is subject to being banned from Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com and forfeit any credits pending on his/her account.
Member may terminate his/her account at anytime.

Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com will not be liable for lost profits, lost business opportunities, or any other indirect, special, punitive, incidental or consequential damages arising out of or related to this Agreement or Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com program, even if Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com has been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com reserves the right to refuse or discontinue your membership for any reason.
Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com reserves the right to discontinue our service, at any time with an advance notice to you.
Banner exchange program @free-sign-up.com reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions or upgrade it's website without notice to our members, at any time.
